Have total self belief in yourself,just like a Spaniel

I'd like to talk to you about believing in yourself.

Now the main thing you've got to understand about believing in yourself is that it is YOUR ! choice, You choose and no one else. Let me give you an example of self belief When i'm tearing round the common at full tilt I sometimes come across a ditch, usually full of water. Now I don't stop and think Oh ! can I or can't I make this. No I just go for it and launch myself into mid air, land on the otherside and keep running.

But the main thing is I CHOOSE to have that veiwpoint. I could easily go all girly and timid and think I can't do it and but I did look at things that way I would either have rubbish run-a -rounds or I'd end up covered in mud at the bottom of the ditch.

You think that old Skipper and his Spaniel mates are mad well I,ve heard of some of you Humans that walk on red hot coals using the power of their minds, COOL!

You can do the same if you want because take it from Skip self belief is and inside job.

All you need to do is fix your mind on your goal and say I can do that have a bit of self belief and before long you would be behaving just like a Spaniel. And one more thing before you go looking for a ditch to jump, remember It really is you who decides,so don't let the opinions of others affect how you perform.

There is a man called Dr Amen and he has something called the 18/40/60 rule which goes like this.

At 18 years old you care what everyone thinks At 40 you could,nt care less what anyone thinks of you At 60 you realise that no one was interested in the first place.

So there you have it, do your own thing , stop worrying and be like a Spaniel, believe you can do anything and enjoy your life.

You never know you might want to have a go at this fire walking lark. I would but I'm busy that day.
