Don't let those Limiting beliefs ruin your life, Think like a Spaniel
One of things I've noticed about Humans is when someone say's " your no good" or " you can't do that " lots of them believe Its true and go " OK " and then live their life accordingly.
Or to put it another way they have limiting beleifs.
WOW! what a way to live. I will tell you now you won't find many Spaniels thinking like that. We are bursting with confidence.
I'll tell you a secret shall I,If you think you might have some issues in your life that are holding you back, don't panic I know some stuff that can help.

If you really desire to be happy and successful in this life the first thing you need to do is to identify what limiting beliefs are holding you back and then ditch em!
Think about this ?????
You are a Human being which means you are special, obviously not as special as a Spaniel, but special all the same. You are at the pinnical of evolution.
MAN ! you can do anything if you put your mind to it.
You just have to believe you can do anything ( just like a Spaniel) Don't worry what people say or think about you just get on with life.
So how do you Identify these limiting beliefs ?
EASY! just say to yourself quietly a statement such as " I'm a happy person" and the listen to the little voice in your mind that say's straight afterwards "YEH RIGHT! happy me, no chance I don't deserve it"
If you feel such a negative statement welling up inside you BINGO! you've uncovered a limiting belief that is holding you back from enjoying the life that you really do deserve.
Now don't go getting all deep and try and analyze where these thoughts come from or who might of put them there. Forget the blame game, don't be a victim just get on and sort it.
Now as I have already said I don't have any of these horrible thoughts holding me back but I know my Human pet had a few problems a little while back and he managed to get himself fixed using something called AFFIRMATIONS.
Its dead simple, all you have to do is just keep repeating to yourself as often as you like a set of words that balance up the offending belief.
For example try saying in the present tense " I am happy, balanced and calm"
Initally you won't believe it,but I promise you if you keep at it and give up any thoughts of results you will overturn those
limiting beliefs
and change your state of mind. But remember you have to keep at it.
I've tried to find out just how this works, but I got all confused about nuerological pathways to the Brain and stuff like that. All a bit boring to a Spaniel I think you would agree.
However I did find a quote in a book written by a very clever human that say's " The subtle force of repeated suggestion overcomes reason and makes you believe.
So there you have it! If you've got any of those negative thoughts start affirming and get some new really good one's.
