The incredible English Springer Spaniel

must own up to being a little biased while writing this because my Mum is a lovely English springer spaniel.

And although she is a mad as a box of frogs she is wonderful and I love her. Also when you take a good look at me ( which I often do in the mirror ) you will see the fine heritage of this majestic breed of Dog.

I can feel the noble history of the English springer Spaniel coarsing through my veins. Down the centuries to the present day.

Although I get my awesome sniffing capabilities and cuteness from my Dad who was a Cocker Spaniel

, I get my vibrant energy and zest for life from the distinctive English Springer Personality of my Mum.

Never mind we can't all be Gundogs or specialist drug sniffers. But you will find that English Springers love to work Mind you I've met one or two of these types and I must say a fine body of Spaniels they are.

We also make excellent pets according to some of the human literature that I've read, but if we are honest lovely family pet comes with the terroritory if your a Spaniel
